{mosgoogle}Legit Review takes a look at the Plantronics Discovery 640, which differs from some of the other Bluetooth headsets that they have reviewed in the past due to the innovative pocket charger. See what this 9 gram is packing as the Legit one takes it for a test drive on the Treo 650 and Motorola RAZR Cell Phones. Man, two cell phones? They must be rich.
The Plantronics Discovery 640 is a great headset to use if you are looking for something very light and very small. Weighing a scant 9 grams – or about the weight of two nickels, this Bluetooth headset is very discreet. If you are comfortable using the Ear Gels then you will be happy with the audio and volume produced.
Beware though if this set will be used mainly in a crowded environment (if so, you might want to check out the Gennum nXZEN) since there is no active noise cancellation. The unique implementation of the 2-color indicator light provides a surprising amount of useful information. Lastly, the battery performance and unique charging options make it a perfect headset for not only the board room, but for everyday campus living.
